Your Revenue page

Your earnings are all on your community's Revenue page. In the community admin panel, open Revenue in the Performance group of the sidebar. The page is titled Community Revenue.

The two notes at the top

Two notes at the top answer the common questions before you press anything:

• How commission works: a 15% commission is taken from every paid ticket and the rest goes to your balance. Once a payment is 45 days old the commission drops to 12%, so money you leave in your balance grows a little. Each payment's rate is in its event's payment list.
• Withdrawals arrive in 2–3 business days: once you request a withdrawal, the money reaches the bank account (IBAN) registered to the community within 2–3 business days.

The four summary figures

At the top of the page you see four figures:

• Net Earnings is the total you have earned so far: what is in your balance, what you have requested, and what has been transferred. Commission is already taken out. The Commission Paid line under it shows the total commission deducted so far.
• Available Balance is the amount ready in your balance that you can withdraw right now.
• Pending is the amount you have requested to withdraw but that has not yet reached the bank account.
• Transferred is the total amount that has been transferred to the bank account.

The tabs

Below the figures, the rest of the page is split into tabs:

• Revenue by event (where the page opens): the events that have taken payments, described below.
• Statistics: Revenue by month shows the last 12 months of revenue, month by month. Each payment counts toward the month of its event's date. Cumulative revenue is the running total over the same period.
• Top earning events: the events that have brought in the most so far.
• Support income: appears once members have supported your community. See Support income below.

Statistics and Top earning events appear once a paid ticket has earned.

Revenue by event

On the Revenue by event tab, each event that has taken payments gets a card, newest first, laid out side by side as the screen allows. A card shows the event's cover, name, date and number of payments. Below that is its total balance in large type with the Withdraw button beside it. Under the total you see where the money is: In Balance (ready to withdraw), Withdraw Requested or Transferred, each with its amount when the money is split between them.

When an event has money in your balance that was paid less than 45 days ago, the bottom of its card says what that money comes to if you wait, for example Wait 45 days to get 113,124 TL (counted until the last of those payments reaches day 45). Under it is a line from 15% to 12% with today marked on it. Otherwise the bottom of the card shows, on the same line, the commission the event settled at: 12% if its payments passed day 45, 15% if they were withdrawn before that. This part disappears once the money is withdrawn or every payment has passed day 45.

Click an event to open Event Payments. At the top you see that event's sums in three steps: Gross (what buyers paid in total), Commission (what was deducted, with its percentage) and Net Earnings (what you keep). The table below shows each payment's Payment ID, Status, Amount and Commission. Use the back arrow beside the title to return to the event list.

Withdrawing

A Withdraw button appears beside the total on the card of any event with a payment ready to withdraw. It requests all of that event's eligible payments at once. Inside an event's payments you can do the same with Withdraw All beside the title, or withdraw payments one by one with the Withdraw button in the table. The Confirm Withdrawal window shows the amount and reminds you that the money reaches your bank account within 2–3 business days. Confirm to send the request.

Support income

If your community receives support, a Support income tab appears beside the others. Support income is kept apart from ticket income and withdrawn separately. The details are in Community support.

Co-hosted events

The revenue of an event you run together with another community belongs to the community that created the event. A collaborating community sees the event's attendees but not its revenue. On the participants page the Total Revenue, Refunds and Balance cards do not appear, and an exported list has no amount column. For the rest of co-hosting, see Co-hosting and sponsors.

Before you have earned anything

If your community has neither ticket income nor support income, the page shows a Start earning from your community screen instead of empty figures. It offers two ways to start: sell paid tickets with Create a ticketed event, or line up sponsors with Add sponsors. Once your first earnings come in, your balance and withdrawals show up here.

If you only have support income, you see the normal page. The ticket figures are at zero and the page opens on the Support income tab, with its withdraw button. The Revenue by event tab shows a No revenue yet card.

In the app

The app has the same figures, charts and withdrawals. If you have no payout account on file there, the page asks you to add one first and won't let you withdraw until you do.
