How payouts work
Updated August 3, 2026
Money from a paid ticket reaches you in a few steps, not all at once. Here is the path from start to finish.
Step by step
- Someone buys a ticket to your event and pays.
- The payment is collected through the platform.
- The money lands in the revenue balance of the community that event belongs to.
- When you are ready, you make a withdrawal request.
- The amount is transferred to that community's registered bank account (IBAN).
Everything is per community
The balance belongs to the community, not to a person. If you have more than one community, each has its own revenue, its own balance, and its own withdrawal flow. You cannot withdraw one community's earnings through another.
The withdrawal request
On the Revenue page, you see a Withdraw button next to payments that are ready to withdraw. You can withdraw all of an event's eligible payments at once, or withdraw them one by one. After you confirm, the request is processed and the amount is transferred to your IBAN.
Keep in mind
When you set a ticket price, remember that not all of it lands in your balance. A processing fee is taken first. You can find the details in the "Commissions and fees" article.
