Co-hosting and sponsors

You do not have to run an event alone. You can co-host it with another community and add brands as sponsors.

Co-host with another community

In the event settings, go to the Advanced tab and find the Collaborators section. Type another community's name in the search box and select it.

Collaborator communities appear as a co-hosted event on the event page. They can see participants and the waitlist, but they cannot edit the event. Only the community that created the event can change it.

Organizer vs collaborator

These two are different. An organizer is a person who can manage the event. A collaborator is another community that can view participants but cannot make edits.

You manage organizers from the Organizers area of the event's admin panel, under the Programme & lineup group. From there you can add someone new or remove an organizer at any time, not just when you first create the event.

Add sponsors

In the event's admin panel, go to the Sponsors area and press the Add sponsor button. You can create a new sponsor or reuse one of your community's existing sponsors.

For each sponsor you enter the company name, a logo, a link, and a sponsorship type. The sponsorship type marks that sponsor's tier, for example Main Sponsor or Platinum Sponsor. Sponsors are featured on your event page.

Sponsorship packages

From the Offers tab in the same area, you create the sponsorship packages you offer. Each offer has a title, a description, a price in TL, and an optional quota. Anyone who wants to support the event can easily pick one of these packages.

Community sponsor library

In the Sponsors area of the community admin panel, you keep a list of sponsors you can reuse across all of your events. You can copy a sponsor you added to an event into this library with one click.
