Your dashboard and analytics
Updated August 20, 2026
Your community admin panel opens on a dashboard, and a separate Analytics area digs deeper into how your events are doing.
Your community dashboard
When you open your community in the admin panel, you land on its overview. It gives you a quick read on where things stand:
- Members — how many people have joined.
- Participants — how many have attended your events, with a note about your most recent one.
- Total attendance — added up across all of your events.
If your community is still getting set up, a checklist walks you through the steps that make your page feel complete — filling in your profile, adding your first event, and so on — with a progress bar so you can see what is left to do.
When a community goes quiet for a while, the overview also nudges you with a prompt and a few ideas to bring it back to life.
Analytics
For a deeper look, open Analytics under the Performance group in the left menu. It focuses on your events over time:
- Headline cards: total events, total participants, average attendance per event, and how many events you held in the last 12 months.
- Events per month — a chart of how active you have been.
- A breakdown of your events by format (online versus in person) and by pricing (free versus paid).
If you have not run an event yet, the page simply tells you so. The numbers fill in on their own as you host more.
Visitors
Visitor analytics is a separate page under the Performance group that tracks traffic rather than events. It rolls up your community page and every event page into one view: total visits, unique visitors, how many are returning, the mobile-versus-desktop split, visits over time, and peak times. A per-page breakdown shows which pages draw the most traffic.
The date range
The picker in the top right scopes every figure to a window. The presets are Today and the last 7, 14, 30, and 90 days; Custom range underneath gives you two calendars to pick any start and end day. Reach for it when you want the day after an announcement, or one particular week of last month, on its own.
Visits over time
To the right of that chart's heading are Daily and Weekly: over a long window, weekly totals read better than daily noise. Hover a bar and a tooltip names the day — or, on Weekly, the week — and how many visits it drew.
Each event also has its own Visitors tab — see Manage attendees and check-in.
