Set up tickets

Updated August 3, 2026

Define free or paid tickets, create different types, and set a sale window for early-bird pricing.

If you created your event as "Ticket entry", you define tickets here. In the event's admin panel, go to the Tickets area and press the Add ticket button.

Free or paid

Every ticket has a price. If you set the price to 0, the ticket is free. If you set a value above zero, it is paid.

The currency is fixed to Turkish Lira (TL), and you cannot change it.

Ticket types and tiers

For each ticket you enter a title (for example "Standard"), a type (for example Normal, VIP, Early Bird), and a description.

You create tiers by adding several tickets with different prices and perks. During checkout the attendee picks the one they want. For example, you could define three separate tickets: Early Bird, Standard, and VIP.

Early-bird tickets

Early-bird is not a separate feature, it is a ticket type. Create a lower-priced ticket named "Early Bird" and set its sale window to close on an early date.

Each ticket has its own sale start and sale end. If you leave these empty, the ticket uses the event's overall sale window.

Quota

If you want to sell a limited number, turn on Inventory tracking and enter a count. Once that number is reached, the ticket shows as sold out. If you leave it off, the ticket is unlimited.

VAT setting

You manage VAT from the settings icon above the Tickets area. You can choose whether the price includes or excludes VAT and set the rate. As you add a ticket, the total the buyer pays is shown live.

If you chose RSVP entry, you cannot add custom tickets; the system creates a free join ticket automatically.
