Free is where every community starts. It costs nothing and stays free for as long as you want it. It is what we recommend for non-profit communities and first-time organizers.

Who it's for
If you run a community out of love — a non-profit, a student club, a neighbourhood group — Free covers the essentials without asking for a card. It is also the best place to start a first event: create it, sell tickets, check people in at the door, and see how it went.
What happens when you reach a limit
Free's limits stop you somewhere, but never by surprise:
- Standalone forms — with all three used, "Create form" turns off and says why. Forms attached to an event stay unlimited; this cap is only for forms that stand on their own. Drafts take a slot too.
- Email — you can see what is left on the Mailing page. If an announcement would reach more people than you have left, none of it is sent — you never get half a send.
- Co-host community — you can add one. To add another, remove the first.
- Visitor analytics — off on Free. Revenue, overview and dashboard analytics stay on for everyone.
When to think about upgrading
Free can start to pinch when you need more than 3 standalone forms, want to send more than 100 emails a month, want to issue more than 10 certificates a month, want to co-host with more than one community, or want to see who visits your pages. When that happens, have a look at the Pro plan.
