Sponsors

Bring companies on board to back your events, show them on event pages, and manage them in one place.

Sponsors are a second source of revenue alongside tickets. You find companies to back your events, show them on your event pages, and manage all of them in one place.

How it works

You add a brand as a sponsor, and it appears on your event page. When visitors look at your event, they see the sponsors too. This gives the sponsor visibility and gives you support.

Where you manage sponsors

You add and edit your sponsors from the Sponsors area in your community admin panel. When you add a sponsor, you enter details like the company name, a short description, and a website.

Sponsors you add at the community level can also be used on individual events, so you do not have to enter the same information again and again.

How the money flows

Sponsor income reaches you the same way ticket income does. When a sponsorship is paid, the amount lands in your community's Revenue balance, and you withdraw it just like the rest of your earnings.

You do not track it separately. Sponsor income sits alongside your ticket income on the Revenue page, moves through the same payment statuses, and pays out to the same bank account.
