Plans at a glance

Gathin has three plans: Free, Pro, and Premium. Start on Free and stay there as long as you like; upgrade only when a community outgrows it.

The three plans

• Free — everything you need to run events and a community. Recommended for non-profit communities and first-time organizers.
• Pro — for communities looking to grow, with higher limits and visitor analytics. ₺299.99 per month in Türkiye.
• Premium — for professionals running events at scale, with unlimited certificates and forms. ₺899.99 per month in Türkiye.

Pricing outside Türkiye is different, and every charge is still collected in Turkish lira. Billing and limits has the detail.

A plan applies to one community

This is the important part: a plan belongs to a community, not to your account. If you run more than one community, you upgrade and pay for each one separately. One community can be on Premium while another stays on Free.

You choose monthly or yearly billing for each community, and paying yearly is 17% off — roughly two months free.

The community owner manages the plan

The subscription, the payment details and the invoices belong to whoever owns the community. As an admin you run everything else, but not the plan.

Where to upgrade

On the Gathin Pro page in the organizer panel. On a free community it shows the plans; on a paid one the same page becomes the subscription itself — renewal date, card, remaining email allowance, and cancellation.

What every plan keeps free

No matter which plan a community is on, some things are always free for everyone: real support, segments, sponsors, branded forms, door check-in, and your revenue, overview, and dashboard analytics. And there is no data lock-in — your members and content are yours to export any time.
