Billing and limits

Updated August 6, 2026

How plans are billed — per community, monthly or yearly — and what counts against a plan's limits.

This article explains how plans are paid for, what the monthly limits mean, and what stays free on every plan.

Billing is per community

A plan belongs to a community, not to your account. If you run more than one community, you upgrade and pay for each one separately. One can be on Premium while another stays on Free — you decide per community.

Monthly or yearly

For each community you choose monthly or yearly billing. Yearly costs the same as ten months, so paying for a year gives you two months free. Pick whichever suits the community; you are not locked into either.

Prices in Türkiye

Prices show in your currency. In Türkiye they are in Turkish Lira (₺) with special local pricing: Pro is ₺299.99 per month and Premium is ₺899.99 per month. Elsewhere they show in US dollars: Pro $9.99 and Premium $29.99. The yearly discount — two months free — applies the same way in both.

What counts against a plan's limits

A few things are capped per plan, and where it says "per month" the count resets each month:

  • Standalone forms — 3 on Free, 25 on Pro, unlimited on Premium. (Forms attached to an event are unlimited on every plan.)
  • Emails — 100 per month on Free, 2,500 on Pro, 10,000 on Premium.
  • Certificates — 10 per month on Free, 100 on Pro, unlimited on Premium.
  • Co-host communities — 1 on Free, more than one on Pro and Premium.

Events, communities, tickets, profiles, event forms, and co-organizers are unlimited on every plan.

What's always free

Some things never count against a plan and never cost extra, whatever plan a community is on:

  • System emails (the automatic ones Gathin sends) and mail analytics
  • Revenue analytics, and overview and dashboard analytics
  • Segments, sponsors, branded forms, and door check-in

Built to be community-friendly

Support is real for everyone, not just paying communities — we read every message. There is no data lock-in either: your members and content are yours to export any time. And it is one simple price per community — no seat counting, no per-attendee fees, no surprises.

Ticket commission is separate

A community's plan is one thing; the fee taken from a paid ticket is another. When you sell a paid ticket, a processing commission is deducted from that sale — that is separate from your plan and is covered in Commissions and fees.
