Community support

Open support for your community: name your own tiers, set the amounts, and see what they earn.

Support is a third source of income beside tickets and sponsors: people back your community with money directly, once or every period, on tiers you write yourself.

Setting up your tiers

In the organizer panel, Support tiers is where you add them. A tier is a name, an amount, how often it's paid, and — if you want — a short line about what it's for and a list of what a supporter gets.

The name is yours. There is no list to pick from, on purpose. "Buy us a coffee", "Gold supporter", "Stage sponsor" are all fine, and the right one is whatever your community actually calls it.

Each tier is paid once, monthly or yearly. That is fixed when you create the tier: people are already paying on that rhythm, and a different rhythm is a different tier rather than an edit to this one.

The order your tiers appear in is the order you put them in, not the order of their prices.

Changing a price

Changing a tier's amount only affects new supporters. Everyone already on it keeps paying what they signed up for — nobody's card is charged more without them agreeing to it.

This is worth saying twice, because it is the most common surprise: raise a tier from 50 to 75 and your income does not jump. New supporters pay 75; the existing ones stay at 50 until they choose otherwise.

Deleting a tier

Delete tier removes it from your tiers. You cannot bring it back, so it is worth a second thought before you confirm.

It does not end anybody's support: people already on that tier stay on it, at the same amount, and keep paying. What you are removing is the option somebody new could pick.

Where the money shows up

On your Revenue page, below ticket income, there's a second section for support. It shows three figures: what's ready to withdraw, what's already been paid out, and the total ever supported, with the number of payments behind it.

You'll also see two recurring totals on your community page — one per month and one per year. They are shown separately and should be read separately. Adding them together produces a "monthly income" that isn't true, because one of them covers twelve times the period of the other. One-off support is in neither, because it doesn't recur.

Getting it paid out

Press Request withdrawal. It requests everything waiting in one go — there is no partial withdrawal — and the money reaches your account within three business days.

It is a request, not a transfer. The button creates it; someone on our side moves the money afterwards.

Renewals

Renewing supports are charged automatically from the stored card, a couple of days before the period ends. You don't do anything for this. If a support has been ended, it isn't charged again and closes when its paid period runs out.
