Commissions and fees
Updated August 3, 2026
When a paid ticket is sold, not all of the amount lands in your balance. A commission, that is a processing fee, is taken to handle the payment.
What the commission is
The commission is the processing fee taken in return for collecting the payment and getting it to you. The rest becomes your revenue and lands in your balance.
Where you see the rate
Instead of stating one fixed rate, we show you the real rate directly. On the Revenue page, open an event and look at its payment list. Next to each payment you see the commission that applies to that payment.
So there is nothing to guess. Every row shows what was taken from that payment.
The 45-day note
The commission rate shown for a payment may change once 45 days have passed since the payment. You will also see this note below the payment list on the Revenue page:
"Commission rate may change after 45 days since payment."
Because of this, an older payment's commission may differ from what you first saw. Always check the current figure on the payment's own row.
Separate from your plan
This processing fee is not the same as your community's plan. Free, Pro, and Premium are subscriptions you choose per community — see Plans and billing. The commission here is only what's deducted from a paid ticket sale.
