Gallery, schedule, and speakers

Your event page can go beyond the basics. You can add a gallery, a detailed schedule, and a list of speakers. Each one is a separate area in the event's admin panel.

Gallery

From the Gallery area you add photos and videos to your event. First you enable the gallery, then you upload the files.

The moments you upload appear on your event page, so attendees can come back and relive them. No separate link or other app is needed, it all stays on the same page.

Schedule

The Schedule area shows what happens day by day. Its structure is:

• Add day: Create a day for each day of your event.
• Add track: Define parallel rooms within a day (for example Main Stage, Workshop Room).
• Add session: Add sessions to each room. A session has a title, a start and end time, a description, and speakers.

Once the schedule is ready, it is published on your event page so attendees can follow the flow.

Speakers

From the Speakers area you add the people who are speaking. For each speaker you can enter a first name, last name, title or position, a photo, and a LinkedIn link.

You can reorder speakers by dragging them in the list. This order appears the same way on your event page.

Since you can attach speakers to schedule sessions, adding the speakers first makes your work easier.
