Links page

Updated October 21, 2026

One page for the link in your bio: your links, your next event and your videos in your community's colours, with statistics.

A links page is one page for the single link Instagram or TikTok lets you put in your bio. It lives at your community's address with /links at the end, for example gathin.com/communities/yourcommunity/links, and it shows your links, your next event, a video or a playlist, in your community's own colours.

Which plans have it

The links page comes with the Pro and Premium plans. If your plan ends, nothing is deleted: the page closes for visitors, the editor shows "Your links page is closed for now", and it opens again exactly as it was as soon as you are back on Pro.

Opening it

Open Settings in your admin panel and go to the Social Media tab. Turn on Links page at the top. The first time, Gathin sets the page up for you with two blocks: a link to your community and your next event (if you have one coming up). You are then taken to the editor.

You can also open it from Links page in the admin panel menu. Turning it off from the same switch closes the page for visitors and keeps everything on it.

The same card shows the page's address. Copy link copies it for your bio; QR code shows it as a code you can download and print on a poster.

Editing the page

The editor has your bio, your blocks and the look of the page, with a phone preview beside them that shows the page exactly as visitors see it. Nothing you do in the preview counts as a visit.

  • Bio: a sentence or two under your logo, at most 300 characters, as plain text.
  • Blocks: the page's content, in order. Add a block, beside the title, opens a window where you pick the kind of block and fill it in; it is added when you press Add. Click a block to edit it in the same window. Drag a block by its handle or move it with the arrows, and use its switch to hide it without deleting it. A page can hold up to 50 blocks.
  • Look, under the blocks: the background (a colour, a gradient or a picture), the text colour, the buttons (shape, fill, shadow and colours) and the typeface. A new page starts on a Gathin-green gradient. If a colour pair would be hard to read, a warning tells you.

Press Save to save the whole page at once. Blocks keep their click history when you move or edit them.

Block types

  • Link: a card with a title and an address. The address can be a web page, an e-mail address or a phone number (tel:+90…). The card shows an icon picked from the address (Instagram, YouTube, GitHub and so on, or a plain link icon) and, under the title, where it goes. Add an image (optional) to show it in place of the icon.
  • Heading: a short title between blocks.
  • Text: a paragraph of plain text; line breaks are kept.
  • Image: a picture, with a description for screen readers and, if you like, an address it opens. New pictures go on a link instead, as its optional image; image blocks already on a page stay and can still be edited.
  • Video or music: a YouTube video or playlist, or a Spotify track, album, playlist, episode or show, played right on the page.
  • Event: one of your community's events as a card. When the event is over, deleted, still a draft or unlisted, the block disappears from the page by itself, and the editor says why: Ended, Deleted, Draft, Unlisted or Not found. Two or more event blocks in a row are shown together, one card at a time: visitors swipe through them, with a counter showing which one they are on.

If someone else saved first

If another admin saved the page while you were editing, Gathin says "Another admin changed this page". Your edits stay on screen. Choose Load their version to see theirs (yours are dropped), or Save mine to save yours over it.

If a link or a field can't be saved, the block is marked Needs a fix and the reason shows under the field, for example "This link was refused as unsafe."

Statistics

Open the Statistics tab of the links page to see how it is doing. Pick the last 7, 30 or 90 days or your own dates; days are counted in Istanbul time.

  • Views, Unique visitors, Clicks and Click-through (clicks per view) for the range.
  • Views per day and Clicks per day.
  • Clicks by block: each block's clicks and click-through. A deleted block stays on the list for the days it was clicked, marked deleted.
  • Where visitors came from: the site a visit came from. Visits from inside an app often show as Direct.
  • Countries: where visitors were. A new visit shows as Being located for a few minutes before its country appears.

A visitor is counted once every 30 minutes, and the statistics stay readable after a plan ends.

The icons under your name on the links page are the links on the Social Media tab of your settings: website, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Spotify and e-mail.
