Manage attendees and check-in
Updated August 5, 2026
The Participants area in your event's admin panel shows who is attending, and you manage entry from here on the event day.
Participants list
The list shows each attendee's name, the ticket they got, the amount they paid, and their check-in status. You can search by name with the box at the top.
The summary cards at the top of the page give you the key numbers: tickets sold, total revenue, participation rate, daily sales, and how many checked in on the event day, among others. You can choose which cards appear from the stats icon.
If you attached a registration form to the event, you can read attendees' answers from the event's Registration form area — see Reading form responses.
Check in with QR at the door
On the event day, press the Start scanning to check in button in the participants list. Your phone's rear camera opens.
Point the camera at the attendee's ticket QR code. The result shows instantly:
- Checked in (green): The person was let in successfully.
- Already checked in (yellow): This ticket was scanned before.
- Ticket not found (red): The code does not belong to this event.
If you checked someone in by mistake, tap the check-in mark on their row again to undo it.
Door QR
With Door QR you create a single code you can place at the entrance. Print it and put it at the door. Attendees scan it, sign in with Google, and get their ticket instantly. It is handy for registration at the door.
Add attendees and export
You can add attendees to the list one by one or in bulk. You can export the list as a file, and tag people to group them.
Visitors tab
In the event's admin panel, the Visitors tab under the Performance group shows how much traffic your event page is getting: visit counts, unique visitors, and how they move over the date range you pick. For visitor analytics across your whole community, see Your dashboard and analytics.
