Payment statuses

The three states a payment moves through: In Balance, Withdraw Requested, and Transferred.

Every payment moves through three states before it reaches you. On the Revenue page you see a colored label next to each payment telling you which state it is in.

In Balance

The payment has been collected and is in your balance, ready to withdraw. You see a Withdraw button next to it. While a payment is In Balance, you can request a withdrawal at any time.

Withdraw Requested

You have made a withdrawal request for this payment and it is being processed. The money is on its way but has not yet reached the bank account. There is nothing for you to do at this stage.

Transferred

The money has been transferred to the community's registered bank account (IBAN). The payment is now part of your earnings history.

A payment always moves in the same order:

In Balance → Withdraw Requested → Transferred
