Payment statuses

Every payment moves through three states before it reaches you. On the Revenue page you see a colored label next to each payment telling you which state it is in.

In Balance

The payment has been collected and is sitting in your balance, ready. This is money you can withdraw. You see a Withdraw button next to it. As long as a payment is In Balance, you can request a withdrawal whenever you like.

Withdraw Requested

You have made a withdrawal request for this payment and it is being processed. The money is on its way but has not yet reached the bank account. At this stage there is nothing to do but wait.

Transferred

The money has been transferred to the community's registered bank account (IBAN). Done. This payment is now part of your earnings history.

The order

A payment always moves in the same order:

In Balance → Withdraw Requested → Transferred

So it first builds up in your account, then you request a withdrawal, then it reaches the bank account. You can follow every payment through these three states.
