Pre-Information Form

1. Seller Information

This Pre-Information Form has been prepared pursuant to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, for the purpose of informing the Buyer before completing the Ticket purchase transaction.

Gathin (web address: gathin.com) is an event and community management and ticketing platform (hereinafter "Gathin" or the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by Loopcode Bilişim Yazılım Mühendislik Eğitim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. ("Loopcode" or the "Company"), whose identity and contact details are set out below.

The party holding seller capacity for paid Tickets and referred to as the "Seller" in this form is Loopcode. Loopcode sells the Ticket in its own name in the capacity of merchant of record, issues the document or invoice relating to the Buyer, collects the price and subsequently transfers it to the Organiser staging the Event. The Organiser is the party staging the Event; it is not the seller of the Ticket.

2. Essential Characteristics of the Service

The service subject to this agreement is the electronic Ticket (e-ticket) purchased by the Buyer through the Platform, granting the right to attend a specific Event.

The essential characteristics of each Event are presented to the Buyer clearly and comprehensibly on the relevant Event page and in the order summary before the purchase transaction is completed. As a rule, this information covers the following:

• The name and description of the Event,
• The Organiser staging the Event,
• The date and time of the Event,
• The physical venue of the Event, or information to that effect if it is to be held online,
• The ticket type and, if any, the attendance conditions and capacity information.

The validity, scope and conditions of use of the Ticket are subject to the information stated on the relevant Event page and to any special conditions determined by the Organiser. The content, programme and staging of the Event are the responsibility of the Organiser.

No amount is collected for free Events or for Events based on RSVP (attendance notification); in that case the provisions of this form relating to price, payment and refund do not apply.

3. Total Price

The ticket price is displayed to the Buyer on the relevant Event page and at the payment step. Depending on the Event, prices may be expressed in Turkish Lira (TL/TRY, the default currency), US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR).

Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied at the rate in force (the general rate is 20%); certain events may be subject to a different or zero rate under the legislation. Whether the price is displayed inclusive or exclusive of VAT is determined by the Organiser for each Event and is shown clearly before the purchase transaction.

No separate Platform service or transaction fee is collected from the Buyer in addition to the ticket price; the Buyer pays only the ticket price. The Platform's commission is deducted from the Organiser's entitlement out of the ticket price and is not passed on to the Buyer.

The total ticket price payable by the Buyer, inclusive of taxes, is shown clearly and as a single item in the order summary before payment confirmation. By confirming the payment transaction, the Buyer agrees to pay this amount.

The e-Archive invoice relating to the sale is issued by Loopcode within the period prescribed by the applicable legislation (7 days) and sent to the e-mail address declared by the Buyer; it is not currently displayed separately in the Platform interface.

4. Payment and Method of Performance

Payments are taken through the iyzico payment infrastructure with 3D Secure verification. The Buyer's card details are transmitted to iyzico via Loopcode's payment infrastructure for the purpose of executing the payment and are not stored by Loopcode. Payment may be made in TL/TRY, USD or EUR.

At the payment step, the following are collected from the Buyer: first and last name, e-mail address, mobile telephone number, identity number for paid Tickets, billing address, optionally a tax number, and card details (via iyzico). Details concerning the processing of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Privacy Notice.

Following successful completion of the payment transaction, performance takes place by making the Ticket available to the Buyer electronically (by e-mail and/or through the Buyer's Platform account). The Buyer may receive a transactional confirmation e-mail after purchase and reminder messages before the Event. Use of the Ticket for entry to the Event is subject to the principles stated on the relevant Event page and in the Organiser's conditions, if any.

5. Cases in Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

Pursuant to Article 15, first paragraph, subparagraph (g) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the consumer has no right of withdrawal in contracts relating to the use of leisure time for entertainment or recreational purposes which must be performed on a specific date or during a specific period.

As Tickets for Events to be held on a specific date fall within this exception, the Buyer has no right of withdrawal in respect of such Tickets. By approving this form, the Buyer declares that they accept, in full knowledge, that there is no right of withdrawal in respect of a date-specific Event Ticket.

This exception does not apply to online events or services not tied to a specific date (accessible on demand or without a time limit); for such products the Buyer has a 14-day right of withdrawal. Whether a right of withdrawal exists is stated clearly on the product page before purchase.

Tickets are as a rule non-refundable. A refund is made only (i) in cases where the statutory right of withdrawal referred to above applies, and (ii) where the Event is cancelled or postponed by the Organiser. In such cases, approved refunds are made by Loopcode to the Buyer's payment instrument (card) through the iyzico infrastructure within 14 days at the latest. As the Buyer pays no service fee in addition to the ticket price, the amount subject to refund is the ticket price. Details are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Terms.

6. Complaint and Application Authorities

The Buyer may submit requests and complaints concerning the purchase transaction to the Seller. For this purpose, the support e-mail address info@loopcode.co and the complaint notification channel info@loopcode.co may be used.

If the Buyer qualifies as a consumer, they may, in disputes arising from the contract, apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees of their place of residence or of the place where the transaction was carried out, within the monetary limits announced each year, and to the Consumer Courts for disputes above those limits.

7. Other Provisions

This Pre-Information Form contains the information that must be provided before the contract is concluded pursuant to the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and takes effect together with the Distance Sales Agreement. All mutual rights and obligations relating to the purchase transaction are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement. In matters not covered by this form, the Distance Sales Agreement, the Privacy Policy, the KVKK Privacy Notice, the Cancellation and Refund Terms and the Community Rules shall apply.

For applications concerning the processing of personal data and data subject rights, the procedures stated in the KVKK Privacy Notice apply, and the Buyer may submit requests in this scope to info@loopcode.co.

Before confirming the purchase transaction, the Buyer declares that they have read and reviewed this Pre-Information Form, which contains the Seller's identity and contact details, the essential characteristics of the service, the total price inclusive of taxes, the method of payment and performance, information on the cases in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised and the complaint application authorities, and that they are informed of its content.

The definitions used in this document (Gathin, Loopcode/Company, Seller, Organiser, User, Event, Ticket, Buyer) shall be interpreted consistently with the meanings used in the other Gathin documents.
